Powder coating is a two-stage process: the prepared part is earthed and the powder is electrostatically charged as it is applied using a specialised spray gun. The part is then heated in an oven where the powder flows then cures to form a hard, uniform protective finish. This finish is far more durable than traditional automotive paint and is particularly suitable for use on your motorbikes’ frames, swingarms, wheels, etc.
